Yes. Everything we sell is an authentic, factory-produced piece from brands like Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Majorette, Matchbox, Kaido House, CCA and Pop Race. We do not sell fakes, customs sold as originals, or replicas. Every car is hand-checked before it is listed.

Cars ship in their original manufacturer packaging. We inspect each piece twice, once before listing and once before dispatch. Minor shelf wear on mass-produced card packaging, like a small scuff or crease, can occur and does not affect the car inside. Anything with notable damage is photographed and described on its product page.

We dispatch within 1-3 business days of payment. After dispatch: Bengaluru 1-3 business days, major metros 3-5, rest of India 5-8, and remote or North-East regions 7-12. You get an email at every step. A few pieces are fulfilled through partner collectors and dispatch in 3 to 6 business days instead. The product page shows this estimate before you order.

Shipping is charged per tier of items in your order, as set out in our Shipping Policy. The exact charge for your order always shows at checkout before you pay.

Not at this time. All orders are prepaid and processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, netbanking, or wallet. We never see or store your card details.

If your pincode starts with 560 (Bengaluru), you can pick Founder Delivery at checkout and the founder hands your order to you personally instead of a courier.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the item and packaging. If it arrived damaged, wrong, or significantly not as described, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted; full details are in our Refund Policy.

They are rare Hot Wheels variants hidden inside regular cases. A Treasure Hunt carries a low-production graphic and a hidden flame symbol on the car. A Super Treasure Hunt is far rarer, with premium Spectraflame paint and Real Riders rubber tyres. We label TH and STH clearly on every product page.

Yes. DM us on Instagram @copcars.in with the casting you are hunting. If we can source it, we will tell you straight, and we will let you know when it lands. You can also tap Notify Me on any sold-out product page to get an automatic restock email.

Your confirmation email has a View Your Order button that works without an account. Once your order ships, we email tracking details. If you checked out while signed in, your orders also appear under My Orders in the account menu.

Sometimes. Stock is limited by nature and many pieces are one-time buys. Use Notify Me on the product page and we will email you the moment it is back. Quantities shown on the site are real; when it says Only 2 left, that is the actual count.
