1. About CopCars.in

CopCars.in is owned and operated by Akash James(hereinafter “CopCars”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trading as CopCars.in. Our operating address is STF-101, Afia Abode, 1st Main Road, Ambedkar Layout, Kavalbyrasandra, Bengaluru 560032, Karnataka, India.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website copcars.in and the purchase of all products listed on it. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or create an account on CopCars.in. By using the website you confirm that you meet this requirement. Products sold on CopCars.in are collectible items intended for adult collectors, not toys designed for children under 14.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We sell authentic diecast collectibles from brands including Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Majorette, Matchbox, Kaido House, CCA and Pop Race. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but we do not warrant that they are error-free. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total amount payable, including the product price and shipping charges, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged will be the price shown at the time you placed your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation and payment has been successfully processed through Razorpay. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated shipping window.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited(“Razorpay”), a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. CopCars.in does not store your card details or banking credentials. By completing a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards may incur foreign-exchange fees charged by your bank; we have no control over these.

8. Intellectual Property

“Hot Wheels” and “Matchbox” are registered trademarks of Mattel, Inc. “Majorette”, “Mini GT”, “Kaido House”, “CCA” and “Pop Race” are trademarks of their respective owners. All brand names, logos and trademarks appearing on CopCars.in are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products offered for sale. CopCars.in is an independent retailer of authentic products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these manufacturers.

9. Acceptable Use

• You must not use CopCars.in for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• You must not submit false or misleading information when placing orders.
• You must not engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the website or the experience of other users.

CopCars.in is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CopCars.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any products purchased. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
