1. Shipping Scope

CopCars.in currently ships to addresses within India only. We do not accept international orders at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged per tier of items in your order. One tier covers up to 3 items; larger orders add one tier for every additional 3 items.

The exact shipping charge for your order is always displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a further update with tracking details (where available).

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Bengaluru (local): 1-3 business days
• Major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-8 business days
• Remote/hilly areas and North-East: 7-12 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier capacity, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

5. Courier Partners

We ship via reputable national courier services. The specific courier may vary by destination and order. Tracking information (where provided by the courier) will be shared with you by email once your order is dispatched.

6. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect the product and its original collector packaging during transit. Diecast models are individually bubble-wrapped and secured in a rigid outer box.

7. Delays

In the event of a shipping delay beyond the estimated window, please contact us at akash.james2096@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 48 hours.

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise a query with the courier and work to resolve the situation, including a replacement or refund where warranted, subject to investigation.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. CopCars.in is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any re-dispatch in such cases may incur additional shipping charges.
